TransTECH™ LogiPoint-M automatically transfers your invoices to Quickbooks® when they are generated. All essential load information plus sales category and amount charged appear when you open the transferred invoice in your company file.
As an option, LogiPoint-M offers you the ability to create Quickbooks® invoices that show Weight, Mileage, Unit Type, Rate and Charge Type. You can use these invoices to supply information to external services like EDI providers. The entire process is entirely automatic: TransTECH™ extracts all necessary details from your regular load invoice and places them in predefined Quickbooks® custom fields. You access the extended invoice using a customized template.
