TransTECH™ INDUSTRIAL LogiPoint-M is sold with complimentary technical support for the first 30 days. Issues can be submitted via telephone, fax or e-mail and an attempt will be made to address them within 48 hours. This level of support can be extended by purchasing a Support contract. Those customers without a support contract may submit issues via e-mail only. They will be addressed on a first-come, first served basis (turnaround time may be expected to be about 1 week). Note that there are absolutely no returns allowed on software. Please take advantage of our remote demonstrations before you order to make sure that TransTECH™ LogiPoint-M is right for your business.
